Psychoanalysis

Psychoanalysis is for transformation at the core of your being. You may be drawn to psychoanalysis if you have a history of early childhood trauma, active or passive, that has shaped your personality. Psychoanalysis will make connections that can help you clear up confusion about self-sabotage, repetitions of destructive situations, emotional patterns, or pain expressed through your body.

Often people will begin their healing process with psychotherapy and move into psychoanalysis when they experience the need for increased emotional holding or as they open up deep layers of their psyche. The mandala in my logo represents both the complexity and potential of this work, as we will be repairing holes, tracing formative events, and moving from the edges to the center across the web of your experience. This allows the flower of life to blossom within, and gives you the capacity to grow the fruit of life without.

This method demands the most in terms of commitment, but has the capacity to yield the greatest results. We will meet three to five times weekly, which will allow us to reach more deeply into your unconscious, as we make use of symbolic expressions such as dreams, and go to the in-between spaces where self-knowledge and wisdom may hide.
