Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is for you to experience healing, discover new ways of being, and develop your capacity to continue your journey into the future with greater ease. It is tailored to each individual, but generally is focused on an issue or symptom, and ties together outer experience and inner reality.
Psychotherapy is an excellent approach for anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, as well as serious life issues such as divorce, loss and bereavement, and questions about identity. It can provide support when transitions or life phase challenges become overwhelming.
In psychotherapy we will trace aspects of your current life, follow portals to troublesome events from the past that are interfering with the present or causing suffering and connect parts of you that may have been rejected. All aspects of you are received with compassion and care so that together we work towards repair and a greater sense of integration.
Psychotherapy will be structured around regular meetings, once or twice a week. This consistency provides a safe space and emotional containment, which is essential during times of travail and transformation.
